Jack is a veteran life sciences executive with more than 40 years of experience leading public and private healthcare companies across diagnostics, therapeutics, and biopharmaceutical services. He has held CEO, CFO, and board positions in a diverse array of organizations and is known for his deep understanding of capital markets, corporate governance, and the evolving regulatory landscape in healthcare.
Jack currently serves as a Chairman of Traws Pharma (NASDAQ: TRAW), a publicly held biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapeutics for virology and oncology diseases and also serves as CEO of NorthView Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: NVAC), a publicly traded healthcare focused SPAC.
Jack previously served as President and CEO of Interpace Biosciences (NASDAQ: IDXG), a publicly traded molecular diagnostics and therapeutics company focused on precision oncology. During his tenure, he oversaw its transformation from a legacy diagnostics business into a genomics-driven innovator with a strengthened commercial footprint and expanded testing capabilities. Under his leadership, the company secured multiple financing rounds, restructured its business units, and executed on key strategic acquisitions. Jack also served as Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of PDI, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed contract sales organization and the predecessor of Interpace.
Prior to Interpace, Jack served as CEO of Antares Pharma, a Nasdaq-listed specialty pharmaceutical company, where he played a critical role in business development, capital raising, and product commercialization initiatives. His leadership contributed to the company’s evolution into a commercial-stage operation with FDA-approved drug-device combination products.
Earlier in his career, Jack held executive positions at SICOR, Inc., BBraun of America, Gynetics, Inc and Sarnoff Corporation (SRI International), where he led corporate strategy, business development, M&A execution, and financial operations.
Jack began his professional career as a Partner at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC), where he specialized in advising healthcare and biotechnology clients on IPO readiness, financial reporting, and strategic transactions.
